Philips Publishing Group is a family-owned publishing company specializing in the publication of monthly magazines, newspapers and periodicals.
Our MARINE GROUP specializes in the commercial fishing and maritime industrial markets, and our CONTRACT PUBLISHING GROUP produces specialty publications for the hospitality and tourism markets and association publications.
Philips Publishing also produces CONFERENCES, SEMINARS AND SPECIAL EVENTS related to the maritime and commercial fishing industries. Topics range from vessel finance and construction to seafood marketing, to environmental programs, insurance and legal programs. We also manage educational events, trade shows and grand openings for corporate clients, associations and non-profits.
Founded in 1983 by, Richard H. Philips, the company is now run by his sons, Peter and Chris. We have seven employees who operate out of our company-owned headquarters in Seattle’s Fishermen’s Terminal neighborhood.
